I'm sure most of us have heard the expression, "you shouldn't put anything in your ear bigger than your elbow." I thought about this today as I was jamming a Q-tip in my ear. Then I thought, the people at Q-tip must really hate that expression. Wouldn't it be so much easier if their marketing team could just say put it in your ear and pull out all that nasty orange gunk. But of course this would lead to some jackass suing them because he poked the Q-tip so far in his ear, he's now deaf.
But if we don't use Q-tips to clean out our ears, how do they get clean? Are you suppose to just let all that wax build up until it oozes out? Use the wax vac? Or maybe those weird "candle-type" things that suck all the wax out? But aren't all of these also smaller than your elbow?
Just the random kind of crap I think about.
